1. Digital product refunds
You may request a refund for an eligible Max Math digital purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] and include the email address used for your Max Math account and, if available, your order or transaction number.
3. What happens after a refund
If a refund is approved and completed, access associated with the refunded digital purchase may be removed or disabled.
4. Paddle transactions
Where your payment was processed by Paddle, the refund may be processed through Paddle as the merchant of record. Paddle may contact you or apply its buyer procedures when completing the refund.
5. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not reduce any statutory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer-protection right that applies to you. If local law gives you greater rights, those rights apply.
6. Abuse and fraud
We may review refund requests for suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized account use, or repeated misuse of the refund process, while continuing to respect rights required by law.
